Elaborated from a rigorous selection of the best Grand Cru grapes, Brut Rosé, as  Lanson Brut Millesimé 2000 and Lanson Blanc de Blancs 2000, is predominantly based on Chardonnay, so characterized by freshness and fruitiness. A rounded and full champagne, which is aged for minimum 5 years, without the malolactic fermentation, so to keep better the freshness and fruitiness typical of the House. To commemorate the Cuvée de Prestige created  in 1979, its bottle is a replica of that used by Lanson in the 18th century. Tasting Notes Eye Bright light-pink colour with a myriad of fine bubbles Nose The aromas of dried roses and berry-like fruits develop into notes of Montmorency cherries Palate Full bodied with balanced acidity and ripe fruit flavours. Food pairing To pair with a langoustine citrus salad, a noisette of venison with blueberries or a wild strawberry parfait.
