Réserve Impériale is a blooming, vinous expression of the Moët & Chandon style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity. The assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three Champagne grapes varietals. The body of Pinot Noir: 40 to 50%, the suppleness of Pinot Meunier: 20 to 30%, the finesse of Chardonnay: 20 to 30%, with 20 to 30% from specially selected reserve wines to enhance its maturity, complexity and constancy.

Pinot Noir: 40 to 50%, Pinot Meunier: 20 to 30% and Chardonnay: 20 to 30%. 20 to 30% reserve wines. Dosage: 9 g/l

TASTING NOTES
Eye: Golden yellow

Nose: The intensity of sun-ripened yellow summer fruits (apricot, peach), sweet, toasted nuances of cashew nuts, grilled hazelnuts and gingerbread a fresh citrus notes

Palate: Ripe fruits (pear, peach, apricot), the vinous density of stonefruits (plum and cherry), a deliciously spicy nuance of cinnamon, refreshed by a touch of citrus

Fresh game, dark-fleshed berries : blackberries, blackcurrants, blueberries, red-fleshed stonefruits : black cherries, morello cherries, red plums. Also strongly flavoured foods : turnips, celery, black radish, corn bread. Chestnuts & toasted nuts : peanuts, cashews, grilled sesame seeds.
