Coming from Jacquesson first harvest since their total conversion to organic viticulture, Cuvée 736 is a blend of 53% Chardonnay, 29% Pinot Noir and 18% Pinot Meunier and is the the first Extra Brut san année of the House, with a dosage of 1.4 grams per liter. As for the others 700s cuvées, there is a predominance of grapes coming from a single harvest – in this case 2008 – while around 34% is Vins de reserve from 2007 and 2006.

Bright yellow

Nose
Ripe pears, some wild strawberries, red and yellow apples, some perfume notes, honey, mineral, slightly toasted notes

Palate
Dry, very mineral, citrus, grapefruit bitterness, green and some yellow apple
