Ayala Brut Nature non dosé champagne is a pure and precise wine and the ideal partner for seafood, in particular raw fish and shellfish, or oysters.

This champagne is cellar-aged for almost 4 years.

The blend
Chardonnay 40%, Pinot Noir 40% and Pinot Meunier 20%. No dosage.

Tasting notes

Bright gold, with a silver hue.

Marked by precision and notes of citrus fruit with a saline component.

Complex and clean, it delivers dry, mineral notes, along with flavours of grapefruit and white fruits.

Food pairing
Brut Nature is the perfect match for oysters, raw fish and shellfish, sea urchin and caviar. It is also ideally suited to Thai cuisine or sushi, maki and sashimi.
