Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve

Cuvee: Brut Non-Vintage
Vintage: Multi-Vintage
This is the expression of the Charles Heidsieck style. A multi-vintage worthy of a prestige cuvée. It embodies the main qualities of the House and the multiple facets of its know how.

The Blend
33% Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier, 33% Chardonnay from approximately 60 crus. 40% of reserve wines, many of them more than 10 years old. Maturation of more than 3 years in Gallo-Roman chalk cellars

Tasting notes
Eye: A deep golden champagne, with persistent effervescence

Nose: Complex, with notes of freshly baked brioche and roasted coffee beans. Ripe, such-drenched fruits such as apricot, mango and greengage plum combined with dried fruits, pistachos and almond

The texture is reminiscent of crisp layer of nougatine on a velvety cream party filled with plump, red plum and ripe cherries. The reserve wines give the wine lushness, with notes of amber and vanilla
