The 2008 Vintage
The year began with a mild winter followed by a cool, dry autumn. A rainy period ensued until June when the flowering took place. The good weather arrived just before the harvest, which accelerated the maturing process whilst maintaining high acidity. Chardonnays are exceptionally fresh and the Pinots have a rare elegance, elements that indicate of a great vintage.

Rosé Millésimé 2008 is obtained by adding Pinot Noir vinified as a red wine to the assemblage. It is made up of a majority of Pinot Noir from the Montaigne de Reims and Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs. Several crus are blended including those from the villages of Avize, Mareuil sur Aÿ, Verzy, Verzenay, Avenay, Vertus, Trépail. Dosage : less than 10 g/l.
