Bollinger Grande Année Rosé 2004

Cuvee: Rosé
Vintage: 2004
Bollinger La Grande Année Rosé champagne – 2004 vintage - is the extension of La Grande Année Bollinger top cuvée, made possible by adding 5-7% of great red wine to the blend from Aÿ grand cru, from the same vintage. The red wine is obtained from a single plot of land in the grand cru in Aÿ, the mythical “Côte aux Enfants”, specifically reserved for this cuvée. The result is a wine-like champagne, with grilled notes and flavours of great Burgundy Pinot Noir.

68% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay. 16 crus: 89% Grands crus, 11% Premiers crus. 6% red Côte aux Enfants wine. Dosage: 8 to g/l
