Characterised by the House’s signature Grand Cru Chardonnay, the Pinot Noir full fruit notes and a subtle touch of Pinot Meunier endow the wine with balance and harmony.

The first great vintage champagne of 21st Century. Truly the epitome of charm and elegance, reflecting the Chardonnays of Cramant and Pinot Noirs of Mailly.

The Blend

The blend comprises 50% Chardonnay from Cramant, Avize, Le Mesnil/ Oger and Oger; 46% Pinot Noir from Mailly, Aÿ, Ambonnay and Mareuil/ Ay and 4% Pinot Meunier from Dizy and Venteuil. The wine spent over six years maturing on the lees before disgorgement.

Tasting Notes

White flowers with white & yellow fruit on the nose, sustained by a little vanilla on the palate. Beautifully balanced and rounded, with a long, elegant finish.
