Elaborated from a rigorous selection of the best Grand Cru grapes, Brut Millesimé 2000, as Lanson Brut Rosé and Lanson Blanc de Blancs 2000, is predominantly based on Chardonnay, so characterized by freshness and fruitness. A rounded and full champagne, which is aged for minimum 5 years, without the malolactic fermentation, so to keep better the freshness and fruitness typical of the House. A blend of 70.5% Chardonnay and 29.5% Pinot Noir. To commemorate the Cuvée de Prestige created in 1979, its bottle is a replica of that used by Lanson in the 18th century. Tasting Notes Eye Medium yellow gold in colour, showing some maturity with a gentle mousse. Nose Some lemon thyme characters, with nut brittle and toast. Palate With a very tangy acidity with a slight note of oxidation, the champagne is quite lean and racy with a long, almost tart finish.
