Julio Gonzalo Chang Romero, owner of the cocktail bar Hush-Hush in Gothenburg, Sweden sabered 55 bottles of champagne in 60 seconds at Gothemburg Wine Deli held on March 20-21 2015.

The former world record was of 48 bottles sabered in one minute by Frank Esposito at Coral House Restaurant in Long Island.

Chang trained as a bartender at the Arts Club in London’s Mayfair before returning to Gothenburg to open its prohibition style cocktail bar.
