The largest champagne producer Moët Hennessy, part of luxury group LVMH and owner of a number of top Champagne houses such as Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Dom Pérignon, Krug and Ruinart opened it’s very first store.

For this first attempt to enter the retail champagne marketplace, Moët Hennessy has chosen Paris Charles De Gaulle airport.

According to Moët Hennessy President Christophe Navarre this initiative is part of the Group’s strategy to get closer to its clients.

Named Les Caves Particulières, the store was  designed by aarchitect Jean-Michel Wilmotte.

It officially opened its doors on septembre 5th 2014.

Moët Hennessy indicated that it is already planning to open similar stores in France and abroad.
