Extra Brut Champagnes

Extra-Brut champagne refers to the driest champagne, with 0 to 6gr per litre of residual sugar added to the champagne with the “liqueur d’expédition” before labelling and shipping. If absolutely no sugar is added and/or residual sugars are between o and 3 gr per litre, champagne is referred to as Brut Nature Champagne or Dosage Zero Champagne,  the absolute driest champagne.
